5/24/2023 0 Comments Dragon Thunder by J.S. Burke![]() ![]() Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 5 July 2020 Science of the land and sea, intricately entwined with fantasy. These books are able to be read as standalone books but it is much better to have read the previous ones to get the real feel for the story. Check this book out to see how everyone copes. After the devastating eruptions of the volcanoes one the home of the Ice Dragons and the other close to the home of Scree and the Octopi, both the lands and seas have changed.Įven though the creatures have moved to new homes the eruptions are having far reaching effects and many could still be in danger. The descriptions of the New World are stunning, and the images conjured by the words were so clear I could see the worlds within my mind’s eye. It is sometimes difficult to know where reality ends and fantasy begins. ![]() ‘Dragon Thunder’ Book 3 of the Dragon Dreamer is just as much of a page-turner as the first two books in this wonderful science fantasy series. We adore how the author has used fantasy snowflakes to be the chapter headers, so beautiful. As you can see, we love this series and have the full set in a print version. ![]()

She finds out after starting at her new school that apparently the house has a name and is notorious around town because of all the dark things that have happened there. She’s super cool and effortless in her boyfriend jeans and messy bun, but things aren’t so cool at home because as it turns out her house is totally freakin’ haunted. The Haunted follows Hendricks Becker-O’Malley, the new girl in town. This one, like the The Merciless and Survive the Night, is published under the name Vega and released with Razorbill, and is apparently only book one in what is shaping up to be a Haunted series.
